Manor house located in Dinwiddie County, a working farm, windows moved back to original position and pane configuration, removed 1890 embellishments and installed late Georgian/early Federal details, raised roof of front porch, new mechanicals, outbuildings also being renovated, job still in progress

Located in Centralia, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The 19th century ell which was falling down was removed and we designed and built a new kitchen, family room and mechanicals.  Used custom manufactured materials to blend with existing structure.

Located in Sutherland, Virginia, this new In-law addition was added to an existing 1830’s home and was connected by a breezeway enclosed in glass to resemble open colonnades

This historic home located in Chesterfield County, Virginia had new mechanicals installed and hidden underground, added 1 1/2 baths, restored hyphen connector, replaced rotten sills, uncovered fireplaces, restored dining room floors, new kitchen, and repaired plaster walls to keep house in its original charm.
